About the Artist

 

Teresa is an emerging artist who uses color, value and light to create paintings that are filled with warmth in color and subject.  She is mostly a self-taught artist continually striving to challenge herself in the process she uses, the themes selected, the subjects rendered, and the colors used in her paintings.   She prefers to follow her own path, determined not to be heavily influenced by other painters.   Her work reflects a fascination with color, shape and value creating paintings that touch the viewer personally and reflect a light-hearted sense of humor.  Teresa currently resides in Central NY with a studio near Ithaca.  Contact her at  rosehill@twcny.rr.com
